How I Started: College athletics!! High jump, pentathlon, and heptathlon.

It is great stress relief. It’s also awesome to be able to mold and shape the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to compete, and love to be the best. I will train hard to make that happen! Somewhere, someone is working out harder than me.. can’t let that happen!!
