Dorian-Yates-back We continue our 30 minutes training routine for those who are busy but still want to look good.
Today we will train back, one of the largest muscles which make the view of our top body part.

There are guys who trains back for months but still do not see results. This is due to the fact that there is lack of concentration and I understand this as when you train for example biceps you see them in mirror and it is easier to concentrate on them however the back can not be seen so you will need to be more focused and concentrated to get that pump and muscle feeling.

Starting with today MusclesProd.Com will give you 2 training routines which you will change each 2 month. Month 1 you will do first training routine and Month 2 you will do second training routine.

Weighted Pull-up 4xmax possible repetitions
Smith Bent-over Row superset with Cable Close Grip Pulldown 3×10 reps in each exercise
Cable Straight Arm Pulldown 3×15
